Shipping & Refund Policy
All of our prints are made to order—this allows us to reduce waste and keep each piece intentional. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Shipping Times
Please allow 2–5 business days for order fulfillment, plus additional time for shipping based on your location. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@fourbarewalls.com with photos of the damage. We’ll gladly send a replacement at no additional cost.
Return Requests
To start a return, email us at support@fourbarewalls.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. Items must be in their original condition, unused, with tags and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval, please contact us.
